‘Had an amazing walking experience from the beginning of Offa’s Dyke in Chepstow to Knighton. Each stage of the walk was incredible and dramatic in different ways, from the wide views of the Wye Valley, ancient woodlands of The Forest of Dean, scaling the Black Mountains to the rolling hills to Knighton. Came across some lovely animals from an incredibly friendly Ewe joining us for sandwiches to the wild ponies on the Black Mountains. First two days we carried our rucksacks but then were recommended the brilliant Walk Lite Company. So freeing to walk without a heavy load so could really appreciate the long journeys. Walk Lite were really efficient and extremely easy to book. Rucksacks always delivered on time. I would recommend this service to anyone thinking about walking Offa’s Dyke.’
