‘Do not hesitate to use Walklite. It is an absolutely brilliant company and will make your long distance walk a joy. Why would you carry all your luggage on your back when someone else will do it for you for a very reasonable fee? Tracy was first class from start to finish. Once I had booked with her and given all the details of where we were due to stay each evening I just knew everything would be OK. I did not even double check with her before setting off from home and Hey Presto! our luggage miraculously appeared, on time, at each pub or B&B. Fantastic!’

‘From the moment I spoke to Tracy on the phone and she was prepared to cover a stage of our walk that was slightly beyond her normal area, I knew that customer service really mattered to Walklite. Then, shortly after my having made the booking I was sent a confirmation email listing all the location stops, dates and timings and it was clear that our luggage would be in safe hands. About a week before our walk Tracy then contacted all the hotels to make sure everything was as it should be, and it was only due to her efficiency that we learnt one of our bookings was not confirmed . Fortunately I was able to find an altenative, and Walklite took this change to the itinerary without any problem. Our email exchanges were a pleasure – Tracy was so friendly, cheerful and helpful. I always had complete confidence that our luggage would be transferred perfectly, as indeed it was, and I absolutely and highly recommend Walklite to anyone hiking or biking in this area – I would not hesitate to use them again.
